Performance support materials are used during and after training to support users in performing their job tasks. They typically include step-by-step work instructions or transactional recordings as well as reference material. I have used many different tools, such as UPerform and Articulate, to deliver performance support materials and I am proud to be a certified Content Development partner for the Panviva Omnichannel Knowledge Management System.
